My story

Meet Phoenix! Phoenix has one of the saddest story's we've ever seen. He was taken in by Pit Bull Pride on death's door. We rushed him to our emergency vet, where after several days of intense treatment they were able to stabilize him and ultimately save his life. The previous owner's neglected to feed or care for Phoenix for several months. Due to this he is very emaciated and still trying to recover from what must have been a torturous few months. Despite what Phoenix has suffered at the hands of humans, he wants nothing more than to be loved and snuggled with. He is FANTASTIC with other dogs and even likes cats. He is wonderful with kids and people. He is roughly 1 year old and will fully recover from what he's been through. If you can provide a wonderful home, he'll do the rest by showing you the true meaning of unconditional love! Phoenix is awaiting the "ok" from our vet and will then be released to be adopted. Get your applications in for this sweet boy now, we have a feeling he won't be around long before a great family swoops him up.
