My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luke.. What can I say about this sweet boy? He's had a very rough start but is getting better every day. Just a little background on Luke. He was picked up by a very kind lady who found him hiding under a car. She took him to the local animal shelter and at the same time called Mary to let her know that's where he was going. Luke waited for his family to come and find him but they never came. And that's when Mary stepped in and told the shelter we would take him. So now we are trying to find Luke a new family. Could that be you? The best home for Luke is probably a home with no other pets. He loves people. He is super sweet but doesn't seem to get a long with other dogs or cats.

He has some skin issues that we are working on clearing up and he's very interested in his stitches from his neuter . So interested in fact that he's had to be stitched up twice since we got him (once at the ER vet and again at our normal vet when he chewed out his staples... can you say ouch!!!)

Luke says please excuse the rough pictures.. He was very itchy before Mary saved him and scratched a lot of his hair off.. and his eyes and muzzle were a little swollen when these pics were taken.. will post new ones soon..

Luke is HW negative, neutered and has been fully vaccinated. We are working on getting his skin issues cleared up and his needs to gain some weight. But other than that Luke is ready for his new home.. If you are interested in Luke please contact Mary today
