Find a pet to adopt
I am up to date with shots and good with cats.
Becca was rescued from the Henrico animal shelter the day she gave birth to 3 lively kittens. She shook the cage to call the CARE volunteer back to the cage. She had an infected tail after it was bitten off by a neighborhood dog. Surgery allowed her tail to heal properly and she now looks like a Manx cat. She also had a urinary infection but has been treated. She is aggressively loving and a lap cat. She loves to play and chase toy mice. She is spayed and ready to go to her forever home.
Please call CARE @ (804) 288-9797 and ask Val about her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option
Becca, a Richmond Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Richmond.
Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies
of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it
much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder,
or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for
a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home.
In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who
help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten
adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
