Nala and Simba are two beautiful Yellow Labs who need to be rehomed together. Sadly, their mommy and daddy split up and fell on hard times, and neither was able to take these wonderful loving companions with them....> Nala is a 6 year old English Lab, in great health and has a heart as big and bright as the sun. She is a deeply affectionate and loving dog who just wants to stay by your side and do whatever you are doing. She will shower you with Labbie kisses and tailwags. She also knows basic obedience commands and is a gentle companion who asks for little and gives back a million. Simba is 10 years young, in good health (some arthritis), not an ounce of grey on his face and seems like a young pup in many ways... He LOVES chasing and retrieving tennis balls, swimming and most of all being around people. He knows how to sit, stay , give his paw and lay down and has a happy spirit that is contagious to all who meet him!!. Both are great with kids and other animals. They have never been apart since Nala came to this home as a puppy (see picture)... They both give lots of kisses and are comforted by the other's presence. They have gentle dispositions and are truly what Labrador people love in this friendly and people-loving breed. Bonded pairs transition very easily in a new home because they have one another as a source of comfort. They are simply looking for a new start in a home filled with love. We would never consider separating them as they have already lost the only home they've ever known. We are sure that if you meet them, you will throw out your lottery ticket because you'll have already hit the jackpot :o). Nala and Simba are companions anyone would feel blessed to have in their lives.
NOTE: Potential adopters must be willing to let Simba snuggle and sleep in bed as he has done this his whole life...You'll wonder how you ever slept without this teddy bear!! Both dogs are used to the comforts of couches, too :o).
