Personality: Bessie is THE BOMB. She's sweet, affectionate, intelligent, and beyond lovable! There are not enough adjectives to describe how much EVERYONE adores Bessie!
History: We don't know the details of Bessie's life, but we think she must have been someone's beloved girl. She's sweet, well-tempered, and very comfortable with people.

LGR is a foster based rescue, which means that our adoptable dogs live in foster homes. Because they live with us, we know the habits, needs, temperament, and level of training of our dogs. To adopt an LGR dog, we ask that you first submit an adoption application (link below). When we receive your application, we will review and respond via email within 7 days. Our adoption process does more than screen applicants; it allows us to work with adopters to properly match our dogs with their forever homes. Each LGR dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated (rabies, bordatella, DHLPP), heartworm tested (age appropriate), microchipped, and treated with heartworm and flea preventative.
