From Lucky's owner:

Our dog Lucky desperately needs adoption. He is a two year old German Shepard/Rottweiler mix that was rescued from skid row at 2months old. When our family got him, he fit in a shoe box. He has been raised by my two boys, wife and myself with the help of our 3 year old Boxer. His name is Lucky. We named him that because we feel we were both lucky to have found each other.
Economic situations have forced us homeless and we have been able to care for our boy but today that ends as we are being forced to leave the place that would allow him to stay. Lucky has been an inside and outside pet. He spent most of his growing up with our Boxer(Scooby Doo). Since Scoobies departure Lucky has wanted to be inside more with us and has really seemed to have found his manners. He is very well trained and loves to sleep now with my 12 year old every night. If you are sitting down he will walk over and put his beautiful nose under your hand so you will pet him. If he is laying down he will roll over and give you his belly to rub. Lucky also in our time spent in the car has found a great pleasure in putting his face in the wind. He will stick his half body out of the window and never jumps out or falls out. He just sucks in the air.....it is funny to watch his lip's slap in the wind.
