A few words from his foster: Mickey is a great older dog and looking for a lap to call his own. He has a great playfulness in him but also love to just chill on the couch. He loves to go for car rides. He also enjoys walking around the yard and checking things out, sleeping under the covers and is always up for a short game of fetch. Occasionally he enjoys a chew bone.
House trained: Yes
Crate trained: Yes
Special Needs of any kind: N/A
Health: In good health
Activity Level: Low

LGR is a foster based rescue, which means that our adoptable dogs live in foster homes. Because they live with us, we know the habits, needs, temperament, and level of training of our dogs. To adopt an LGR dog, we ask that you first submit an adoption application (link below). When we receive your application, we will review and respond via email within 7 days. Our adoption process does more than screen applicants; it allows us to work with adopters to properly match our dogs with their forever homes. Each LGR dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated (rabies, bordatella, DHLPP), heartworm tested (age appropriate), microchipped, and treated with heartworm and flea preventative. To adopt an LGR dog, please submit an adoption application here: http://bit.ly/LGRAdoptionApp

. As a foster based rescue, we rely on the generosity of people like you to open your hearts & homes to a dog in need. To become an LGR foster, please submit a foster application here: http://bit.ly/LGRFosterApp
