ROCKY is a 1 ½ year old black and tan neutered male who came from Manhattan, He was an owner surrender due to having 2 dogs. He is updated on all shots, heartworm negative and microchipped. Rocky needs training and to be able to learn to trust the person he lives with. He is a sweet dog who had a rough start in life.
