My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thank you for taking the time to read my bio- my name is Milo!

Here is how I ended up with such a great rescue. OBR Directors were driving to an event through a very rough area of Orlando where they spotted me. I have to admit I was meant to be rescued by OBR in order to find my forever family! They noticed I was eating out of trash cans and when they called me I came right over. I was covered in filth, fleas and ticks, but still a very friendly dog. I was brought to the vet because I had major swelling in both ears. It was confirmed due to a long term infection that was never treated I has a severe case of Papilloma virus in both his ears, it was so bad and had been left that way for so long that they had literally swollen shut because of not being treated for years. OBR did not give up neither did so many wonderful people who helped contribute towards my vet bills to make me better.

I have come such a long way and is doing amazing! I know I will make a family VERY happy! I get along very well with dogs of all sizes, and cats, so I could transition into almost any home. I am approximately 3-4 years old. I do listen very well and catch on quick to new commands. I will need to be in a home that will continue to exercise with me by walking, roller blading, running, biking or playing fetch (my favorite toy is a red kong ball), but if you have another dog we can play to and exercise with each other to! I love kids, all size and ages, they make for good cuddle buddies. That is what I like to do best, whether it is with a four legged friend or a two legged friend. If that sounds good to you then I am the dog for you !
