Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"No dogs allowed." That is the policy where Bullet's owners are moving, and, therefore, this twelve-year old, nineteen pound guy needs a new home prior to the scheduled move. Although a senior, Bullet still runs around, enjoys playing with his toys, and has retained his curiousity. He is gentle and very friendly, and this friendliness extends to dogs (not to cats). Bullet is housetrained to go "outside," either in an enclosed area or during walks; he is very good on-leash. There are occassional accidents - although not often, they tend to occur when he is left alone for too long. Bullet is not crate trained and does not do well when crated. However, he is not a jumper and a baby gate would be an option to limit his access to certain areas when left home alone. Regarding his health, Bullet has been on phenobarbital since 2010 and has been seizure-free since on medication; is on medication for thyroid and is symptom-free; and had a dental cleaning this past May - he only has ten teeth remaining.
If you are interested in reaching out to Bullet and providing him with the home and love that he needs, please contact Italian Greyhound Place.
