I'm Cleo and I am a female Staffie mix. I am as sweet as they come and I just love everyone!! I was rescued from an overburdened pound in southern IL where I won over the hearts of the staff and volunteers who were determined to get me into a safe rescue. I am a very sweet and gentle soul and I will be an excellent companion for a family willing to give me a chance.! I am great with other dogs once I get to know them, but I can be a little bossy with females my size at first. I'm especially great with small dogs and puppies. There are two male German Shepherds, a male Bulldog and a female Jack Russell in my foster home and I am great with everyone. I also absolutely LOVE my foster sister, another Pit mix from the same pound. Jewels and I share everything, beds, toys and even our crates! I am well behaved in the home and I have free run of the house when my people are not home and I am also housebroken. Please stop by and visit me!! Cleo's adoption fee is $200. An appilcation, contract, and home visit is required.UPDATE 5/8/08 Cleo has graduated from baisc dog obedience and wnt straight to the top of her class, she did extremely well! She's a quick learner and is very eager to please, congratulations Cleo!!! Cleo is now attending intemediate obedience with her foster mom.
