Older kittys are better for SO many reasons! They aren't pesky, don't try to climb up your body with their needle-like claws, aren't under your feet and on the verge of getting squashed constantly, and don't get into trouble!! When you make a lifetime committment to an animal, it is awesome to know what their set personality is. What you see is what you get! Danka was found abandoned in a campground, without claws to kill rodents for food She is very loving but is scared of other animals so she needs a home of her own! She also needs food formulated for sensitive stomachs, that or she simply doesn't like the regular Science Diet flavor!!
All cats come with complete up to date shots and vaccines, and are spayed/neutered and microchipped. Almost all our animals are rescues. They are animals no one else will take the time to catch, care for, protect, and love. If taken to a local shelter they would be put to sleep immediately. In a world where people bring animals to shelters daily, shelters aren’t interested in taking time for “the forgotten ones”. They don’t care about the limping stray sighted 10 miles away. That’s where we come in. We catch them, provide medical care, and search for loving homes. That’s where you come in. We need to find homes for the animals already rescued before we can rescue more.
