Sid came to us with a special note: Dear Amy, Even though all of our babies are special, Sid is super special. Please give him extra loves and hugs and snuggles. He likes kisses and raspberries on his belly. He loves to be held. He likes his toys, his hammocks, and his little teddy bear. We agree that Sid is very special. Not nearly enough people pay attention to the black cats, and they don't know what they are missing. Sometimes I think the black ones make up for their lack of colors with an extra dose of personality. Of all our kitties, I can say the blacks and the tigers often have the best personality.
All cats come with complete up to date shots and vaccines, and are spayed/neutered and microchipped. Almost all our animals are rescues. They are animals no one else will take the time to catch, care for, protect, and love. If taken to a local shelter they would be put to sleep immediately. In a world where people bring animals to shelters daily, shelters aren’t interested in taking time for “the forgotten ones”. They don’t care about the limping stray sighted 10 miles away. That’s where we come in. We catch them, provide medical care, and search for loving homes. That’s where you come in. We need to find homes for the animals already rescued before we can rescue more.
