Buttons: 3 yr old black & tan female, spayed, docked tail and cropped ears. 11", 13.8 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
"Cute as a Button, yes that is me, I am a very nice medium size girl 13.8 lbs 11 inches at the shoulder, cropped ears, and docked tail. April 1st is my birthday, no foolin! Takes me a little time to warm up to people especially men, but if you bribe me with treats, I will be happy and friendly in no time at all. I do love to cuddle and snuggle and my favorite thing is to climb up on your lap and nuzzle! I love being close to my mommy and will nuzzle on her neck any chance I get! I have just started to learn to play. I can play with the other minpins in the house but really I'd rather just play with my person. I would like to be the center of attention, in someone's life. I am doing pretty good on my housetraining and also I have learned to use a piddle pad that my mom keeps by the door in case she doesn't get home on time to let us all out. I do get a little snippy with the other doggies when I am laying beside my foster mom, I think that I should be the Queen of the Laps, and my subjects should not be getting any attention. I am learning this is not acceptable behavior, a quick touch on my side, or a bottle squirt and a no and I settle right down. I love to snuggle under the blankets and sleep with you, I do get hot and crawl out to lay right beside you. I am quiet when I go in the crate, and I will go there for a nice little nap, and my foster mom has to play Button Button who has the Button? to find me. I absolutely love to go for walks. I can't wait when mom gets that leash in her hands. Kids? I would say no to little ones, but older ones at least 10 would be ok. Cats? So far they don't bother me. Email my foster mom if you would like to know more about me, because I would love a family of my own."
