This boy is one special boy! Check out the underbite action. Good with other dogs, he wants to sit on your lap! Toby is a 2-3 year old neutered shih tzu who was rescued from death row in his final hours from a LA-area shelter. He is up-to-date on his shots and is micro-chipped.
