My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JAX is an adorable little guy with a great personality. He is a Cairn Terrier, Australian Shepard mix (be sure you know your breed traits b/c the Aussie is a herding/working dog. They can tend to 'herd" children and other pets, so you must be aware of this) Jax is loving and very playful. Jax is friendly once he knows you and feels safe. He would prefer a fenced yard to keep him safe; if he sees a rabbit, he will chase it and we don't want him to run into the street! Housetrained and good with cats, older kids (5+ years) and dogs as long as they have manners.

He has an adoption fee of $100-$150; you choose the amount that's right for you. Because we receive no city or county money, we depend on private donations and adoption fees to continue our life-saving work. Please support us by giving what you can.
