Hi im Jasper!!!! I am a attention seeking pooch. I love people and I tell them that with my lovely singing voice! I am the type of dog that has a conversation with you! As you can see I have a skin condition, but my Animal Control friends are treating me. Doctor says it could just be a skin infection. Update! 6-26-13 With a plain diet, antibiotics, ,medicated shampoo and Love my skin is looking much better it is nice and pink and hair is staring to grow!!!!
