Kerry is now available through Westside Animals for Adoption in Patterson, CA. Contact 209-892-3114.

Kerry was spotted scavenging near a highway in central California, and when followed, it turned out she was living/hiding out in a trash-filled culvert. She was lactating but there was no sign of any puppies, and someone later reported seeing her running down the left lane of the highway several days earlier.

Kerry was rescued June 18 and brought to a local veterinarian, where she was given a clean bill of health. She's a little over a year old and 30 pounds (she should gain about 5-10 pounds). She is an absolute sweetie--shy but affectionate, quiet, and ready for a life of love and care. Will you finish the story of Kerry's rescue by providing the happy ever after?
