Patch's Story...
Patch is an absolutely gorgeous Pittie! He is 1 year old and loves people! Patch has been with a female dog and has done well with her and enjoys playing however he has shown aggression towards other dogs. Due to that he will need to be an only dog or in a home with a female dog and an adopter who has experience with the bully breeds and proper introductions. This boy is a sweetie and has been patiently waiting to find his forever home! He is neutered, vaccinated, on heartworm preventative, treated for fleas and ticks and will be microchipped before adoption. If you would like more info on this boy please email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patch, a Kansas City American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Kansas City, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Kansas City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kansas City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kansas City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kansas City paves the way for another one to be saved.
