I see you are searching for a new best forever fur friend.....boy, this is your lucky day....you have found ME!!! You see, I am searching for my forever loving family. I am Buddy, and I am the SWEETEST, most loving puppy boy in the whole world. I am a BEAGLE/ SHEPHERD mix, and they think I was born sometime in 2012. I weigh about 40 pounds...just the right size.
Some nice young people found me abandoned and injured in a small city. I was so alone, hungry, frightened, and in alot of pain. They lovingly took me to the Humane Society for help....they said I was their little Buddy. I was taken to the vet for care and treatment of my neck wound and remained there for 5 days.
And then, the most amazing thing happened.... a nice couple came and took me to their home, as their foster fur baby! They introduced me to their other two dogs... and we all just love each other! We run, we play, have treats, and all snuggle with each other! I LOVE everybody...men, women, kids, dogs! I really have fun going on walks , playing with squeaky toys and I love laying down beside my foster Mom....she says I am so affectionate and loving. They say I am VERY SMART as I learned to use the doggie door the first day! And, I am house trained....I have never had an “accident” (which apparently is a very good thing!) I also know how to “sit” on command and can learn lots of other things if you will teach me! I am also kennel trained and sleep in my crate all night, happily dreaming of my new family. I walk so nicely on a leash...I really like to show off my foster family!
I love being loved...and I love giving love. You see, my 'old life' was not very nice. Although my neck wound is completely healed, I have other scars on my legs indicating that perhaps I was abused and neglected...but no one will ever know for sure. My foster Mom says that 'although I might have some scars on the outside, their are NO scars on the inside.' That just gives me tears....I am so ready for my new life filled with love, care, and affection where I can be the someone's very special boy. I will be safe and never be alone or neglected again.
I know you have been looking for a new Buddy..... I'm just the right size to fit in your heart (and maybe I can still sit on your lap?) After all that has happened to me, perhaps 'inflicted' on me, my foster Mom says I am a perfect example of a sweet boy with the GENTLEST OF SPIRITS. I just want to stay close to my people and love them alot. I'm waiting for you to come and get me....we will live together, side by side, happily ever after. I will be “your little Buddy.”
