Precious's Story...
DOB May 15, 2013. Little Precious is a lucky little soul. He was found by a senior couple when he was just a few hours old. This lovely couple bottle fed Precious and ensured he had the best of everything. They would have loved to have kept him but realized he would be better off with a younger family as his forever loving home. This little guy is full of beans, loves playing and if you are not careful he'll hitch a ride on your back if the opportunity presents itself. Precious is truly one lucky kitty that beat the odds and is now ready for lots of loving and humans or cat friends to play with.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Precious, a Toronto Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
