THIS IS MINKA!!!! Minka was dumped over a fence in Riviera Beach. A Good Samaritan called and we picked her up. She is now with Luva Bull Rescue to be vetted and get healthy. Minka had a high fever and was covered with Mange yet she is the sweetest little baby girl. It is amazing that even after facing horrible neglect she could still wiggle her butt and give kisses.
