My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LIBERTY is a stunning, always smiling golden lab mixed with what we think is boxer and staffie. She was rescued from a high kill shelter on the day she was set to be euthanized because her adopters had dumped her there after their other dog had mauled her. She suffered extreme wounds on her back from being attacked and has had her surgery to stitch up her wounds and is healing perfectly. She is 50 lbs, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She is generally very mellow, extremely sweet with people, but particular about dogs. She would do best in a home as the only dog or with another male dog and an owner who knows how to properly introduce new pets into the home. To ADOPT or FOSTER LIBERTY, email jjwoofinpaws@gmail.com
