My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Naki is a 7 year old purebred AKC registered Rottweiler who came to us with her soul mate, Niko. Naki was spayed after being rescued from a high kill KY shelter. Naki is so incredibly sweet, however she is also very timid around other dogs. She has shown food aggression towards unfamiliar dogs, but lets Niko eat out of her bowl. Naki walks well on a leash, sits on command and take treats very gently. She prefers a house with no cats or their small animals. Naki needs to be adopted with Niko. Naki weighs 83lbs, is UTD on vaccines and heartworm negative.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or permanent basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the life of the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
