My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE BIO 02/10/2014 – Hi it’s me, Cami, an 8 year old 4.5 lb Yorkie living in Mount Pleansant SC here to entertain you. Thought first I would tell you a little bit about myself. I am the most beautiful creature you have ever seen. I have a perfect black coat, FM said she found a grey hair the other day but I don’t believe her. My personality is second to none. My shape is perfect (FD has the audacity to call me round dog) . I have been having trouble with the leaves in the back yard, my tommy drags on them and they are wet. I could go on for hours telling you how great I am but mom wants me to tell you a little about my new foster sister. We are caring for the sweetest little girl (3.5Lbs) who has cancer. She is having a little trouble getting around but we help her as much as we can. She likes to eat and eats more than me but she still is losing weight. I don’t understand. Christmas was great. That is a time when I would have loved to be a boy. Can you imagine someone bring a tree inside when it was so cold outside. Fortunately there are no boys in this house. Sammie, see moms bio, tried to lift his leg but since he only has one rear leg he fell over. FD got mad at me for laughing. Any way I hope you all have a great day and for all of you up north, it was 70 degrees and sunny today, here in God’s country.

UPDATE BIO 09/07/2013: Hi this is Cami, I am 8 years old and weigh about 4.5 lbs. and live in Mount Pleasant SC. (Charleston). If you like doggie kisses I am the one for you. I love to give kisses to the people I love. Mom (Suki) is a little more conservative. I love to roll over and let you rub my tummy. My foster mom calls me a floozy, what does she mean. I am a quiet dog except when Vixen runs by I love to jump on her. She doesn’t stop but I try to slow her down. I do love to eat, but must be on grain free food. You know like eggs bacon, sausage, toast, pizza or whatever I can con foster dad out of. I don’t think that is their idea of grain free food. They give me this brown dry food that comes in a Maroon bag. It is ok but does not taste as good as the stuff I mentioned first. Sometimes foster dad calls me round dog, that’s mean. I suppose I could lose a half a pound or so but eating is my favorite time. If you have enough love in your heart for mom and me, we would love to come live with you. Cami

UPDATED BIO 06-22-13: Cami is 8 1/2 years old and weighs 4.4 lbs; she and her mom, Suki, are being fostered in Mount Pleasant, SC. They are a bonded mother/daughter pair and must be adopted together.

Cami here. I’m the cut one. My mom Suki is ok but I surely got all the looks in this family. Foster mom and dad are great people and snuggle me a lot. It will be hard to leave here, but its time to find a permanent home. We are a great pair of dogs and love anyone who will scratch our bellies. We never bark, have accidents or do anything naughty. My foster mom just said my nose is growing, what does she mean??? anyway some one is rattling my food dish so I am out of here!

UPDATED BIO 04-30-13: Cami is 8 1/2 years old and weighs 4.4 lbs; she and her mom, Suki, are being fostered in Mount Pleasant, SC. They are a bonded mother/daughter pair and must be adopted together.

Cami here, see Suki’s Bio, I let her speak for the both of us, She thinks she’s the boss. It’s easier if we let her think that.

UPDATED BIO 03/20/2013: Suki and Cami are a mother daughter pair who are being fostered in Mt Pleasant, SC. Suki is older at 9.5 years old and 5.2 lb. Cami is her daughter at 8.5 years old and 4.4 lbs. They have always been together and must be adopted to the same home.

Cami reporting here ~ I just thought I would let you know what the last eight days have been like. My Mom (Suki) and I were dropped off at this stranger’s house one night. She gave us some meds to help with the fleas, put us in bed with her and went to sleep. Mom (Suki) cried half the night because she was homesick, but finally after several hours she settled down so everyone could sleep. The next morning some other stranger picked us up, put us in a little travel case and took us to the airport. These are some cool machines there that go up in the air. Mom and I got to ride on one of these machines for over 2 hours. When the ride was over, I noticed we were not in the same place as when we left, I don’t understand. Once again we were left with strangers.

They seem to be nice people. They feed us, let us sleep with them and give us a lot of love. We go on rides with them a lot. One time they stopped at this place that did all kinds of weird things to us. They poked us with needles, putting fluid in us then taking red fluid back out and put a cold disc on my tummy. When it was all over they said we were in pretty good condition considering our ages. Foster Mom, I really like her, said we had to go back one more time. She said we would go there and take a nap, wake up with clean teeth and would be spayed. I don’t know what spayed means, but she said we had to do this so we could live a long healthy life. Well that’s it for now! Mom and I will keep you up to date as things progress. Bye! NOTE: Because of their tiny sizes, these girls can only be adopted into an adult only home, no children, please!

NOTE FROM FOSTER MOM: Cami & Suki do not look nor act their ages. Cami is a little more relaxed, while Suki is a mover and a shaker! She likes to keep up with everything going on in the house and yard. These girls needed dentals and to be altered, and had to be brought up-to-date on their vaccinations, too. So if you can help out with a donation towards their medical bills, they said that will allow them to take in other little needy foster doggies like us!

INITIAL BIO 03/12/2013: Meet Suki and Cami! Suki and Cami are a mother daughter pair who are being fostered in Mt Pleasant, SC. Suki is older at 9.5 years old and 5.2 lb. Cami is her daughter at 8.5 years old and 4.4 lbs. Bother were surrendered by their owners who had them since they were puppies because they could no longer care for them. Both girls are wee pad trained (a few pee pee accidents on the floor, but that's to be expected in the first few days). Both girls love walking outside (Suki a little more than Cami). Both girls are very sweet and love snuggling with you on the couch (and yes, they are used to sleeping with their person/people) :). Cami is a little more relaxed while Suki is a mover and a shaker! She likes to know what's going on at all times :). They do NOT look or act their ages!

Both girls will need to be fully vetted including vaccines, heartworm test, fecal, microchipping, and spay/dental. They are loveable little girlies and want to be adopted together, as that is how it has been for the past 8.5 years. Since they are so tiny, please no homes with kids. We are also very appreciative of any donations to help cover their vetting. Thanks so much for looking!!
