There's just something about a red head....a red head makes you think of fun, energy and, well, just being happy! I'm Addison and I am a full blooded REDBONE COONHOUND. They think I was born in the late summer of 2011.
Everybody who sees me just stops and they can't take their eyes off of me! I am told that I am gorgeous ...even breathtaking! Aw, gee, that makes me feel so special! I have wonderfully LONG EARS THAT FLY IN THE WIND WHEN I RUN. And my beautiful warm amber colored eyes.....they say I HAVE VERY SOULFUL EYES and it looks like I have eyeliner around my eyes. I'm a very pretty young lady, if I don't say so myself!
A wonderful Humane Society volunteer found me on a busy rural highway...I had been abandoned. Alone, tired, frightened, hungry and just hoping and praying that someone would help me. I was so happy to see her.....I went right to her and she just started loving on me! She gave me water and lots of food...and then she took me to the shelter where I will be safe and cared for until I find my forever home and family. I'm making new friends here..both fur friends and people friends. I LOVE EVERYBODY! I really was a little unsure of myself in the beginning, so many changes in my life, but I am really very happy now. I run, play and get lots of pets!
So, now you know all about me. This little redhead is just waiting for my forever family to come and take me home. I know you will just love me to pieces. They say I am so sweet and gentle that any family will be very blessed to have me. Won't you come and visit me?
