Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cookie, a 2 yr old black lab, was brought into a rural shelter as a stray and not claimed by an owner. She was released from the shelter to rescue to help her find a new home of her own.
Cookie is very playful and likes other dogs. However, she is still a puppy in a big dog's body and often doesn't realize her size (approx 55 lbs at this time). Thus, she needs to be with dogs her own size and have an owner that can correct her in a positive manner. Training classes would be a wonderful thing for Cookie and her new human. She is dog door and crate trained.
Cookie is spay, up to date on her vaccines and tested negative for heartworm, tick & lyme disease. Her adoption donation is $200 to help cover the cost of her spay, vaccines etc.
If you are interested in meeting Cookie, please contact Robin at wannadoggy@cox.net or call 602-501-1844 after 4 pm week days, anytime weekends.
