Kip was found with his brother, Kolby, and sister, Dorothy, running loose in a neighborhood. Luckily a very persistent dog rescuer rallied the neighbors and after 4 hours they were able to corral all the dogs into his backyard. DREAM was contacted, and we took in all the pups. It was obvious these poor babies were always kept outside, as they were so unfamiliar with the comforts of a home, even fearful of walking through a doorway. Kip is very young, friendly and loves to give kisses. He is energetic, and playful so he definitely needs a dog buddy. He likes big and small dogs, and he is great with all people. Kip rarely barks, only if he sees something unfamiliar outside the fence, he is also very well behaved in the house and will fall asleep in your arms in an instant. He is crate trained if need be, but also likes to snuggle with his humans at bedtime. Kip would need a little work on leash walking, but otherwise he will make a wonderful family pet.
