Hi! My name is Betsy and I’m a two year old Beagle mix. I weigh 26 pounds and won’t get any bigger unless you give me all the treats I want. I’m a good girl and love to be active. I love to go on walks. I also love toys, the ones that squeak are my favorite. My favorite position is belly up, that way you can rub my belly. I’m used to taking naps and willing to cuddle up with you or in my kennel. My foster mom says I should have a physically fenced yard so I can run and play safely. I’d like a buddy in my home to play with. I’m house trained, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Joker is a 2 year old 30 pound Beagle mix. He has a beautiful shiny coat that is thicker than most Beagles. Joker does great with other dogs and would like a buddy in his home. He wants to please his people and is doing great at learning his basic commands. Joker loves having his belly rubbed. He has no concept of personal space, if he fits, he sits. Joker also likes to boop noses with his people. He is very food motivated. Most Beagles think a walk is a sniffari. Their nose is to the ground the entire time sniffing. Joker will walk right beside his person at a pretty good pace and doesn’t need to stop and sniff every blade of grass, he likes to move. Joker also likes to play fetch. He thinks cats are great fun to chase. The cat at his foster home is not amused. Joker might be part goat. This boy can jump. If he wants to go visit someone, he will jump a normal height chain link fence. He either needs a privacy fence or to be leash walked. Joker is crate trained, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Piper is a 4 ½ month old, 20-pound mystery mutt. She was found in a field with her three siblings. While we don’t know who her mom or dad were, we do know Piper is a good girl. She has some growing to do and will probably be between 40 and 60 pounds when she is full grown. She doesn’t have any experience walking on a leash so we would prefer to place her in a home with a physically fenced yard. Piper is not a hyper puppy. She loves to play with her toys but is also always reading for cuddles and naps. Piper likes to play with other dogs and would enjoy having a playmate but will also pick a toy and play by herself. She is doing great at potty training but is still young, so her forever home needs to have the ability to get her out more often than an adult and be able to keep a close eye on her. Piper is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. She has also been dewormed.
