Story
Make some room on the couch and clear out your camera roll for Zeniba! This lovely lady is the most photogenic dog, maybe its the sparkle in her eye or the fact that she will absolutely hold still, either way, you are going to be taking and sharing a ton of pictures of her if you are lucky enough to adopt her. The other place she will need you to make some room for her is on the couch, or a dog bed on the floor nearby, because that is where she is going to want to be. Next to or near you so you know that you are loved for choosing her. Take a look at her but come back to read more! Zeniba is suspected to be a beagle/lab mix, possibly some shepherd in there, but with rescue that is a detail we cannot guarantee given we do not know their history. She is estimated to be 5 years old and currently weighs 56 lbs. Zeniba is on a bit of a diet, don’t tell her that though. Her goal weight is right around 45lbs. Zeniba might be a bit older, but in our opinion thats a positive! She comes preloaded with great skills and is ready for lazy days in the sun. From everything we have seen Zeniba is house and crate trained, though we always anticipate reminders will be needed as they transition into a new home. Not to sound like an infomercial -BUT WAIT THERE"S MORE! Zeniba is also dog and cat friendly! An ideal home for her could look like a variety of places. Apartment or condo life is a yes thanks to her size, energy level, and quiet nature. House with a yard, lovely! RV life? Sure thing! She will be quick to find a sunny spot in the grass for mid-day naps and enjoy following you around as you tend to your garden or visit with friends and family. She will slip right into a rhythm with other pets if you have them and if you happen to have another easy-going, low energy dog she will be in great company! As for kids, her current foster host shared that she is as sweet as can be! Attentive but never pushy, all-around gentle, and so tolerant! Back to the infomercial lines- this is a limited time offer! No but really, this easy little lady is easy to fall for and even easier to invite home. If you have any questions about Zeniba or would like us to test her for a specific setting or detail, please be in touch! We can make most anything happen to ensure she is the correct fit for you and your life! Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Story
Hello ! My name is Spades, this may be bragging a little, but I think I would be your perfect companion! Let me tell you a little about myself, and you can see for yourself! I even made a list of all my great qualities for you #1: I am very people friendly and I am always so excited meeting anyone new. I even let these silly people put a cowboy hat on me, I mean how many dogs would put up with that?! I would love to join you on all your adventures ! #2 I am a great companion to other dogs. I take my title of "police dog" very seriously, and will give corrections to a new dog if they are being too pushy with play. We all just have to get along right?! I love to play chase with my dog friends though. I am good with dogs of all sizes. I can be very playful but also chill when I have had enough. #3: I could probably live with a cat! Although I haven't lived with a cat, I met one at the rescue! I didn't really care to interact with the cat, but why would you when there are people around! #4 . I really am just about the perfect size and age. I am only a year old, but already potty trained ! Being around 20 lbs I can do hikes and walks without getting tired, but am a very manageable size. My girlish figure is in tip top shape if I do say so myself. I would do best in a home with a yard to run around and play in. Although have some leash manners to learn ( I just like to go pull to see all the people and dogs to go play with, who can blame me really?) I would even do great in a busy home with people coming in and out because I am so people friendly and absolutely loves people. Given my breed of beagle mix, I can be a little vocal, so no apartments for me. Please email jacquelynn@threelittlepittiesrescue.org if you have any questions about me , she would be happy to answer ! I hope we meet soon! Sincerely, Spades Application link : https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6616c779a655e5a1390c23df Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Honey Butter and I am a 6 month old beagle mix. I currently weigh a petite 19 pounds and am estimated to be around 38 pounds fully grown. I’d say that’s the perfect size for fun activities like hiking (I LOVE hiking) and lounging around the house.    Guess what? I am the smartest girl! My foster mom told me so! She says I catch on to commands crazy fast and it amazes her every time. Some of the things I am working on are staying in my crate until I’m given the “OK”, leash manners, threshold boundaries and my foster kids love to teach me tricks like sit and lie down. Really I’m so smart, even kids can train me!    You want to know what else I’m good at? Going potty outside! My foster mom didn’t even have to teach me that part and I’ve never had an accident in the house. Go me!   I’m working really hard on learning to love my crate. I would much rather be out of my crate and with my people but, because I’m such a good girl, I sleep in my crate all night long and don’t even make a peep.    I really really love kids. I am still working on not jumping up on people when I’m excited. I am still a puppy after all but I might accidentally knock down small children.   I get really excited around other dogs. I just can’t wait to say hello and tell them all about myself. I admit it, I can be a little socially awkward but I’m quickly learning to be more calm and confident around new dogs that I meet.    My favorite things to do are to run around in the backyard with my foster kids, sunbathe on the back porch and play tug-of-war or fetch.   I am one happy girl and just want a family who will play with me, snuggle me and give me lots of love and attention.  Apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 25, 2024, 9:41 am

Story
Are you looking for an SSSB (sweet sniffing senior Beagle)? Well look no further! This doll will melt your heart and as an added bonus, she will keep your floors clean. She will greet you patiently with a wagging tail at the front door. Peppy fits her name perfectly. There is plenty of pep left in this old girl, all she needs is a loving home to share it with where she can enjoy her senior naps. She is good with dog savvy cats, she is amazing with children, and she is good with canine pals who aren't overly exuberant. A home with few or no stairs would be the ideal for this old girls hips. Anyone who gives this sweet girl a loving home for her final years will receive the gift of many cherished memories. Might that be you? Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. Peppers adoption fee is $100.
