Story

Sutro is a kind well trained Bernadoodle. Only 2 years old. Our daughter is deaf and he was being trained to be her service dog. We believe because she is deaf she was not hearing some of his cues that he wanted space and began nipping her. Since his sole purpose was to be her service dog, us and our trainer think he will do much better in another home where he is not being asked to work. Not all dogs can be trained for service. But he is so chill. Highly trained and well behaved. I just would not put him in a home with lots of little kids since he has nipped. We have loved him very well. He loves a big yard and other dogs. He will listen and obey with commands. Truly he's a great dog just not for our family with a deaf child
