I'm one big fella, 97 pounds! There is strength and energetic power behind those pounds. I have worked very hard to learn basic obedience, sit, down, and heel, so I can be easily handle. I have joyful exuberance which may take you by surprise. Because of my size and energy level I would not be the best choice for first time dog owners with small children. I could knock little ones down without meaning to. Bloodhounds have great determination and will follow a scent until their curiosity is met. A fenced yard would help to keep me from following my nose. I'm a scent hound, sought after for that very skill. Let's explore this wonderful world together.***I am microchipped.
