Story
Hi! This is Lucy. We need to rehome her due to medical issues with my family, and Lucy's increasing anxiety. She is submissive and a sweetie, curious and completely non-vicious. She's great with kids, cats, other dogs, and definitely has the heart of a puppy. She only barks when happy, never growls/bites. She does whine due to her separation anxiety. Lucy is house trained, crate trained (meals, overnight, when we're not home) and does fine in the car. Her BFF Penny Lane is also up for adoption due to severe anxiety and barking, but Lucy is younger and not as "damaged" (trauma affected). We got her as a puppy from Snipsa and I have all that info too should you want it. She knows basic commands and is very healthy. She deserves a home without stress and anxiety, with those who love to play and snuggle! She loves treats and we don't feel it's fair to keep her crated/drugged 24/7 to calm her, so we want someone to love and be patient with her. She's a great dog and deserves a great home.

Story
I’m Lucy Lu! Who are you?! Well, I’m the sweetest, most playful girl around. I’ll run zoooomies around your heart if you’ll just let me. Originally adopted as a puppy back in 2021, I was sadly returned due to some unforeseen circumstances in my parents’ lives. But despite needing to find a new home, I’m the best dog ever! I love going on walks, playing fetch and showing off my best tricks for Milk Bones. At the end of the day, my favorite thing to do is cuddle up with my loved ones and watch movies. I am great with kids and other dogs, so I should make an easy adjustment to just about any family home. And not to mention, I have the best house manners! My breed is a bit of a mystery, but SNIPSA thinks I’m some kind of Boston Terrier mix. If you want a canine companion that is social, friendly and a little on the silly side, please consider giving me a second chance. I’ll happily take on the role of your new best friend.
