Story
***REQUIREMENTS - canine companion, no cats******Apartments not recommended***Meet Agatha, a 25 lb Boston Terrier mix! She came from an unfortunate breeding situation and has both physical and emotional scars from it, but she craves love and affection from her human and dog friends. She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home and is looking for a forever home with at least one other canine companion. Because she's not used to being alone, she does have separation anxiety and will express her unhappiness through song - as a result, apartments are not recommended. She's working hard on potty training, loves snuggles, and is starting to show a very silly side. Things she's discovered since being rescued -* Toys are pretty neat* Writhing around and army crawling through the grass is her very favorite thing to do* She doesn't have to cower every time a human moves because some of them are nice* TREATS TREATS TREATS!!!* Riding in the car isn't as scary as it used to be, but it's still not her favorite* It's fun to run full speed around the fenced in yard* Snuggles are the best way to spend down time, preferably snuggling both her human and dog friends at the same time* Snow isn't too bad* Playing with other dogs is possible if you approach them rightIf you're looking for an adorable squishy-faced companion to shower with love, Agatha might be the right fit for you!You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet me today!!Adoption fee: $500All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. This guy is in need of a foster or foster to adopt .  He is 9 months old shy but will learn. Ok with other dogs and cats.  We are waiting for a neuter appointment for him. Adoption fee is $450 with a $150’refund with proof of neuter if you do it.  $450 if we do it.  If you can't adopt or foster, please think about sponsering a cat/dog, puppy/kitten. Just $20 a month will help feed one. Just $40 will get a kitten spayed/neutered. The possiblities are endless. These creatures come from shelters who by no choice of their own, would have to put the down, simply because there are too many. The more donations we receive, the more we are able to help. Thanks in advance for your support.April 14, 2024, 9:32 am

Story
Meet Jack! Hi! My name is Jack (my foster peeps call me Jack Jack, which I like). I’m an adult purebred Boston Terrier with something called “papers”…whatever that means…I’m pure, sweet boy, for sure." I am about 22 pounds, with a big ol’ head. I get along with all sorts of dogs, big and small. I don’t start trouble with anyone. I like kids, and I love my foster mom, like a lot. I love it when my foster mom or foster sisters pick me up. I am slow to warm up to men, but they’re ok if they’re patient and not too loud. Even more than my foster mom, I love TENNIS BALLS!! I will play fetch endlessly - I hope you have a good arm or a chuck’it! I am quiet, and I love to go on walks to sniff and pee on things. I don't want to pee in the house, so this helps. I will sleep with you (I snore a little bit) or in a dog bed near you. I don’t seem very interested in squirrels or birds, which means I might do OK with cats, but I haven’t met one in my foster home. I'm ready to find my forever home now, so if you think I might fit into your home, I'd love to show you how cool and loving of a dog I am! *Jack is being fostered in Madison, WI. Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair).
