Story
Archie is a handsome almost 4 -year-old pup weighing around 45 to 50 pounds. With his endearing personality and gentle demeanor, Archie has won over the hearts of everyone he meets. He's particularly fond of feline friends and gets along famously with female dogs. However, he prefers and needs a home without male dogs, as he feels more comfortable in their absence. Despite past uncertainties, Archie's resilience shines through. He's a bit shy at first, needing some time and patience to acclimate to new surroundings and people. But once he feels secure, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion, ready to shower his new family with endless love and devotion. Archie is a pro at crate training and is already neutered. Plus, rest assured, he'll be up-to-date on all his vaccinations before joining his forever home. In a gesture of goodwill, Archie's adoption fee will be offered at a special reduced rate for the right family. This is our way of ensuring that Archie finds the perfect match and his forever home. One touching testament to Archie's sweet nature is the heartfelt goodbye from his previous caretaker. Through tears, he spoke of Archie's goodness and the joy he would bring to his future family. It's clear that Archie's love knows no bounds, and he's ready to share it with you. If you believe Archie could be the missing piece to complete your family puzzle, don't hesitate to reach to fill out an application to arrange a meet-and-greet with this incredible pup. Let's make 2024 the year Archie finds his happily ever after.

Story
Meet Violet. She is a 2 year old intact female boxer. Yes she has her tail still, but she is still a boxer. She is from a litter we produced about 2 years ago, but her family fell on hard times and needed to return her. So now she is looking for her forever home again. She is very sweet, would do well with someone who is home more than not or a family where someone is usually home. She is good with male dogs, but can be picky on female friends. She would also do great as an only dog. She has lived with cats but will chase them so I wouldn't suggest she live with them. We don't think she would be okay with small kids because she is so excitable and might knock them down or hurt them on accident. If you or anyone you know is in the market for a new best friend.. let us know!

Story
Honey was left after a house fire and taken in by a family member who soon realized they couldn’t really care for her so she ended up in our care as an owner surrender. She is an approximate 6 month old boxer/pit mix with the cutest little underbite and ears to die for. She is a little unsure about the world but warms up quickly to new people and surroundings but will thrive in a home that can help her blossom into the confident little dog we know she can be. Like most puppies, she does have quite a bit of energy and would make a fantastic adventure dog! Having a rough start to life has not stopped her from being a total love bug. She loves nothing more than to cuddle up with her humans and can be quite the little Velcro pup. Since she came to us as an owner surrender so we don’t know too much about her background. What we do know that she is good with cats, dogs, and kids though! Sweet Honey is such a gem of a dog and deserves great humans to call her own.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi!! My name is Avery! I am a 5 year old, female, boxer mix.  True to my breed, I am smart or so I'm told. I don't want to toot my own horn. Once we become friends, I am your true and loyal friend. I will be ready for any adventure you want to go on. I  loves my daily walks - especially when I can use my very good sniffer! And if a walk is not in the works, I am happy to just romp in the yard. Again, not to brag but, I walk beautifully on a leash and am working on my basic obedience. I  would love to continue training, maybe even advance training, agility or nose work in my forever home. I enjoy other dogs I have been properly introduced to in my play groups, but I can shine as the only pet.  I just want what every dog wants: a safe and comfortable home where I can be loved. If interested in making me a part of your family, please complete an application at buffalocares.org Adoption Fee: $425     RR048Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.  If interested in learning more or adopting please fill out an application on our website at www.buffalocares.org.  Ziggy is a male Boxer mix with  beautiful brindle tiger stripe markings. Reid is a super happy and easy-going 3.5 year old pittie. He is potty trained, crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs. He's a great companion dog who will cuddle up with you on the couch to watch the Bills game and sleep through the night right next to you in bed. He loves to chew on his bones, get belly rubs, and lay outside soaking up the sun. He also walks pretty well on a leash and loves to stroll around the block a few times and check out all of the sights and smells. Reid can be a little bit shy and slow to warm up to new people but his huge smile, tail wags and butt wiggles are infectious and are guaranteed to make you smile. Story
Name: Denzel Age: 10/10/21 (2yrs) Breed: Pit Bull terrier Weight: 55 lbs Gender: Male Hi there! My name is Denzel! I was named that because the ladies who took me in at a local shelter thought I was a very suave, cool man. I'm easy-going, well-mannered, and sweet. I was abandoned locally with no shelter, food, or water and I was brought to a shelter back in August. While I was there, my foster mom worked with me and my puppy dog eyes worked! She took me home! I am crate trained and house trained, but still have accidents here and there. I am getting very comfortable falling asleep on a couch or one of the soft dog beds around the house! I live with an 8 year old boy and I've figured out that kids are pretty fun! I also live with four other dogs and they've been teaching me how to be a dog. I love kisses (giving and getting them), cuddles, treats, toys, and walk like a gentleman on a leash! I know how to sit very well, am learning some other basic commands, and come running when my name is called because it probably means food or something fun! If you are interested in Denzel, please apply at https://www.716paws.org/adopt or message the rescue on Facebook, if you're already approved. ##1849316##

Hi everyone!!!!  I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to Razz (Raspberry), the cutest little pocket pitty! Razz is a 40 pound smart, loyal, sweetie with a bunch of personality! She is great with my docile furbaby, but can be selective with other dogs. She would prefer to have all of the snuggles to herself. Razz is house broken, does great with free roaming in the house, good on leash, and understands basic commands. Razz is good with children, but can be indecisive toward men, which has improved with reintroduction and time. This little cutie is deserving of a forever home!  If you think Razz may be a good fit for you and your home, please fill out an application. She would love to meet you!!www.buffalounderdogs.com ##1887072##
