Hello, my name is Jo, I was brought to my friends at the SPCA Cincinnati due to my family going back to school. I get very excited when I meet new people so I will need some basic training, which isn't hard as I am eager to learn. I already know how to sit, lay down and give paw. I also understand the words "potty" and "outside" I love to cuddle and watch movies. While I love to sleep in the bed with my people, I will also sleep in my crate and will stay in it while you are away. I will cry at first but will soon stop. I was also house broken when I came to the SPCA, but I may need a refresher due to being in the shelter. I love my toys, and especially the ones without the stuffing in them. We are not sure how I am around children, I did come from a household that had cats, and I lived with another dog, we just didn't get along at the end., so please bring in your entire family to meet me.

Say hello Bayou! He is a 4 year old Boxer/Pit Bull mix who weighs 68 pounds. Bayou is a sensitive guy who likes to take his time getting to know new people. He enjoys going outside and enjoying the great outdoors and is always ready to go on an adventure with you by his side.As you can see from his adorable pictures, one of his favorite things are his beloved squeaky toys! He loves to bring them outside with him and will even walk with them in his mouth. Bayou can be selective with his canine friends, so he needs a slow introduction to see if he's enjoy another canine companion. Since he is sensitive at first, if there are kids in his forever home they need to be ages 16 and older.
