Story
If you are looking for the most wonderful boy in the world, look no farther.  My name is Wesley and I am one very happy handsome boy.  I am  a Brittany/Collie mix, 15 mths old and almost 50  lbs of fun-loving puppy.  I am  utd on my vaccines, hw/tick neg and on hw/flea prevention.  I am neutered, crate trained,  microchipped, and housebroken.  My wish list is a nice big physical fenced in yard with another 4-legged playmate to run and tussle with.   To have a loving family that will throw my ball and play with me and spoil me.  I may be a big boy, but I do want to be in your lap or beside you watching tv.  I love balls,  treats, toys, bones and all kinds of fun things.  If I sound like the boy for you, please fill out that adoption application, so I can find my forever home.  The adoption fee for TX/Wesley, who lives in Sanger, TX  is $325,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making TX/Wesley part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Wesley. Transportation can be arranged up 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.April 23, 2024, 9:45 pm

Story
Hello!  Allow me to introduce myself, Hunter Lee here.  I don’t like to brag but I am 3 ½ yrs old and 38 lbs of solid handsome liver/white Brittany.  My name might mean I am a hunter, but I know for sure that I can spot those sneaky birds and squirrels and keep them in line.  Because of them I need a 6 foot privacy fence.   I am a healthy boy who is neutered, housebroken, and am utd on vaccines, plus I am HW and tick negative and on prevention. I know my forever home is out there waiting for me and that I will be loved, cuddled, and spoiled rotten! I get along with dogs, kids, and love everyone. I want to be super close to my human(s), ‘cause I need to make sure you know how much I love you! The adoption fee for OK/Hunter Lee, who lives in Tulsa, OK  is $400,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making OK/Hunter Lee part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Hunter Lee. Story
Buddy is a sweet, but very shy liver and white 3 1/2 year old brittany. It takes a while for him to warm up to someone, but once he does, he is kind and affectionate. The best home for Buddy would be a patient home that has experience with bringing a shy, tramatized dog out of his shell.  Buddy is submissive and just needs a lot of love and reassurance.  His confidence has grown in the last few months, but he still has a way to go. Having a safe place is important. He likes to sleep in his crate with the door open, and is getting used to being in a closed crate when his people are away. Buddy is learning to play and play is an essential part of his ongoing training. He also requires a lot of exercise to build his physical and emotional state, so a yard is necessary for Buddy. He loves to be outside and a kiddie pool is his favorite in summer.  An older, calmer dog would be best, if there is another dog in the home. Buddy doesn't choose to interact until he feels entirely comfortable.  Buddy is very low energy. His requirements are small, a safe place, patience, play, and exercise. With these, he will continue to improve and soon become a normally adjusted dog and a wonderful addition to a family.  Please consider adopting Buddy. He's healthy, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and microchipped. He weighs 32 pounds and is located in NW Georgia. Buddy can be transported up to 1400 miles to his new home, with the adopter driving the last 100 miles. His adoption fee is $400. Please submit an adoption application at www.nbran.org and mention his name if you are interested in adopting him.  For any questions, please email Karen Carr at kecarr72@icloud.com or Jessica Stevenson at  jessica@thesouthernway.com April 23, 2024, 9:45 pm

Adorable baby boy here!!!  My name is Ranger Lee, I am 15 mths, 32 #’s of orange/white handsome Brittany boy.   Neutered, housebroken, crate trained, and microchipped.  UTD on all my vaccines, HW neg.  I would love to have another friendly 4-legged friend, so I can run and play tag.  I love other dogs and get along well with them.  I want a family that will let me be affectionate with them and spoil me rotten.  I deserve it, as they tell me once you are in rescue you deserve the very best loving family ever.  I love toys, I learn very quickly, playful, and eager to please my hoomans.  I need a physical fence, so I can run and chase all the critters in the yard, chase,  and play with my 4-legged sibling. Foster MOM:  He has been such a good boy.  Hasn’t had one accident in the house. Ranger Lee has a beautiful long extended gate when walking fast or trotting on a leash.  He will match the energy of another dog.  If they want to be left alone or play he reads their que.  He is still learning but learns very quickly.  All he wants to do is please his people.
