Story
Penny is a 19 month old Brittany/Hound mix. She is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, Heartworm negative and on preventative.  She minds her foster mom really well and has great recall. Penny knows the command sit and is working on stay. She is not very vocal and does not bark much. She loves running in the yard and is good with other dogs. Penny loves her toys and she also loves treats. Penny is a very healthy girl. Penny's foster mom says she is not destructive and loves to lounge in her dog bed. Because she gets overly excited, Penny jumps on people, but her foster mom is working with her.  Because of her jumping, Penny will not be a good fit for a home with small children.  Penny is being fostered in Tennessee. Her adoption fee is $325.00 and can be transported up to 1400 miles via our Canine Railroad with the adopter taking the last leg, usually less than 100 miles.  Applications for Penny can be found on www.nbran.org.  For more information, email dltuthill@epbfi.com or ztasuzanne@gmail.com.  April 19, 2024, 2:23 pm

Story
Introducing Sadie!  Sadie is a cuddle bug that is 9 years old.  She's a beautiful liver and white female brittany, weighing about 37 pounds. Sadie loves the freedom to run without a leash and run the fence perimeter.  She would love to chase rabbits and squirrels.  She walks fairly well on a lead or harness, but is still a big puller.   A physical fenced yard is a must for her, as she needs space to run.   She is very loyal and watches over her person.  She loves chew toys.  She is ok with other dogs as long as they don’t rush to her face.  Sadie would do best as an only dog Sadie is housebroken and low maintenance. She prefers to stay home, with a comfy dog bed. She likes to be petted and have space to run off her energy.  Sadie is heartworm negative, spayed and microchipped.  She doesn't mind getting bathed or towel dried. If  you are looking for a great family pet that likes to travel in the car, golf cart  or patrol the perimeter of the fenced yard / property she is your girl.  She will keep the bunnies and squirrels from eating your flowers and shrubs on your fenced property.  She will need a four-to-five-foot fence.  Sadie loves being outside with her people but enjoys the comfort of dog beds and bed pillows to grab a nap in between bird watching out the window and running outside. Please consider opening your heart and home to Sadie!  Sadie's adoption fee is $350.  Please complete an adoption application at www.nbran.org and specify her name.  She is currently located in northwestern Georgia  and is available to be transported up to 1400 miles, with the adopter driving the last 100 miles approximately.   If you are interested in giving Sadie her forever home, please reach out to LeslieTrenta@leslie@leslietrentadesigns.com     April 19, 2024, 2:23 pm

Story
If you are looking for the most wonderful boy in the world, look no farther.  My name is Wesley and I am one very happy handsome boy.  I am  a Brittany/Collie mix, 15 mths old and almost 50  lbs of fun-loving puppy.  I am  utd on my vaccines, hw/tick neg and on hw/flea prevention.  I am neutered, crate trained,  microchipped, and housebroken.  My wish list is a nice big physical fenced in yard with another 4-legged playmate to run and tussle with.   To have a loving family that will throw my ball and play with me and spoil me.  I may be a big boy, but I do want to be in your lap or beside you watching tv.  I love balls,  treats, toys, bones and all kinds of fun things.  If I sound like the boy for you, please fill out that adoption application, so I can find my forever home.  The adoption fee for TX/Wesley, who lives in Sanger, TX  is $325,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making TX/Wesley part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Wesley. Story
If you are looking for a wonderful and loving Brittany, I am your pup!  I am called Rocky Rock, and I am 2 yrs old.  I bring 35 pounds. of orange and white adorableness (I think that’s a word), have been neutered (whatever that means) and am up to date on all my shots and am HW & tick negative. I am one very healthy boy. I want to be your best friend.  I would love a playmate as long as they are gentle with me.  My big brother used to take my toys from me, and I just let him because I always wanted to be the best boy!  My foster dad said I was the most perfect boy ever.  I just want to cuddle up and let you spoil me!  From Foster Dad:  Such a sweet, docile little guy. He will give up everything to another dog, so he needs a more submissive sibling.  I consider him to be the most perfect boy. The adoption fee for OK/Rocky Rock, who lives in Tulsa, OK  is $400,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making OK/Rocky Rock part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Rocky Rock. Story
I am looking for my wonderful loving home.  My name is Biggins because I am the biggest one of my siblings.  I am 2 yrs old, orange/white 43 lbs of the biggest baby boy neutered Brittany you have ever known.  I love cuddles, laps, and being with you every moment I can see you.  I am utd on my vaccines, HW & Tick neg and one healthy boy.  My dream home would be with someone who is home most of the time and because I am Brittany, I love to run, fetch and play. I need a 5 ‘ physical fenced in yard, so I can run, fetch, play, and chase any critter that might be lurking in my new yard. If you work from home, I will be the best supervisor you have ever had, I promise!  My Foster human let me sleep in bed with him and the furbaby siblings, so I am a little spoiled.  I am a very happy boy, love dogs, and everyone I meet.  If you are looking for a forever love, I am your puppy!  The adoption fee for OK/Biggins, who lives in Tulsa, OK  is $400,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making OK/Biggins part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Biggins.
