Story
Charly said she is ready to explore the outdoors with you! Hikes? You got it! Camping you don't even need to ask! Saddle up and get ready for adventures, she's ready to be the best friend you never knew you needed! Charly was found as a stray in San Antonio Texas. She landed in the hands of animal control where she was placed on the euthanasia list due to space. How could anyone possibly think letting her life be cut short was the only thing to make space?!? Charly loves people , she is also great with every dog she has met. Charly has not yet met a cat so unfortunately we don't know if she will like them. This sweet baby is one of the best dogs the boarding facility said we have ever had in their care. She is ready to come up on our next transport if she has interest. She would love to start her adventure with you. Charly is ready to be YOUR best friend. ##2021361##

Story
Did you know "Amora" means love in Latin?  And that's exactly why we named this girl Amora. Rescuers were alerted to her and her sister after they were dumped in a neighborhood, and one was found with a large open gash on its side. Her sister, Venus was brought to foster while Amora was rushed to the ER for treatment for the wound. Thankfully, she recovered very quickly and was finally able to be a dog again.  Just like her name suggests. She likes to give love just as much as she likes to receive it. She loves to play with toys and run through fields, but will be just as happy. Cuddling up with you on the couch to watch a movie. She is CAT, DOG, AND KID FRIENDLY!! She is 1.5 years old and weighs about 38 lbs.   ##2021358##

Story
Hi, I'm Alina. More information coming soon!   Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes every pet should find a wonderful and caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask you fill out our adoption application so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application received in the order submitted and will contact you within 48 hours (please check your spam folder for our emails). If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives!  A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.  The adoption fee for this pet is $375. Our adoption fee covers the following: Spay/neuter Microchip DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. Adopters shall be responsible for all DAPP boosters after adoption. Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. Adopters shall be responsible for any rabies vaccinations after adoption. Please fill out an adoption application by clicking  here . Please give us 48 hours to review your application and respond to you. (Remember to check your spam folder for our emails!) We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Please email dogs@arrcolorado.org for more information, as we can't accept calls at this time. PLEASE NOTE:  The breed listed is the information we've received from the shelter.  Shelters usually guess at the breed, so there is no guarantee, as we don't DNA test our foster pets.  Here is some interesting info on breed identification:  https://arrcolorado.org/category/puppy-dog-tips/ Our adoption process is: 1. Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet. 2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
