After the day's adventures, Lizzie loves nothing more than snuggling up with her favorite humans for some quality cuddle time. She adores gentle scratches and affection, and she'll make sure you know just how much she appreciates your love and attention. While she may be a bit shy around new people, Lizzie has quickly formed bonds with her foster’s resident dogs, showing a special affinity for canine companionship. Although Lizzie hasn't quite mastered the art of playing with toys yet, she's always up for a romp with her furry friends when the mood strikes. Very young children may not be a perfect match and loud noises make Lizzie nervous. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home.
