We adopt out to homes in WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter is willing to pay the fees & charges we will accept PayPal. The call was put out for the need from commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of Omaha. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. They were going to be used to make money off their backs, they were all the most precious bundles of joy. His life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. He was one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued Tom & 15 other baby dolls which some were his siblings. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Tom how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as he is in his devoted foster home. Tom was bought back to the WA state where he now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Tom is such a sweetheart of a boy & come along way in such a short amount of time. When we first rescued him he of course was uncertain but now he will lay in your lap for love & naps. He loves affection & everyone he meets once he knows you. He is currently fostered in a loving foster home with his sister Phoebe & a big beautiful chocolate lab. For everything he has been through, he adapted quite quickly to his very devoted foster home. All he knew was the life of being in a breeding environment. He had no clue to eat out of a bowl or what the food was he was being given. He would need time to adjust in his new home. We have had Tom in a couple of foster homes due to no fault of his. In every foster home he has been so very loved & such a sweetheart. He really just wants to have fun with his foster siblings & be loved & fed. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. This boy is good about wearing a little outfit too. This boy loves to play with anyone who will play with him. He loves puppies too & adult dogs. He must go to a forever home with playful dogs & this mandatory to make him comfortable in his transition to his forever home. Tom eats clean in his foster home, meaning raw fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains & supplements. At first he did not want to eat at all because the food they are fed is of the lowest quality imaginable. But once he understood what was going on he now devours his food. He is now good with his baths & is now good being dried with the hairdryer. He would still need work walking on his harness & leash as it’s all completely new to him. He does not discriminate against breeds. Tom rides well in the car & considering the only times we know of was when he was rescued & going to the vets with his foster family. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. Tom as you can imagine spent the first part of his life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Tom where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Poor Tom was adopted for roughly 12 hours due to no fault of his. Tom is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. Tom has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in his foster home & he is currently with other dogs & enjoys their company. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take him to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Tom is roughly 8 months old. He is a cockapoo, what he is mixed with we are not sure. Male, he is roughly 9 lbs & he is neutered by laser by our wonderful vets. He is microchipped & he is up to date on all his shots including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We have spent & will continue to spend far more on Tom with purchasing him from a breeder. Bringing him to WA with his travel costs, to WA. All of his medical care in WA & Omaha, including, neutered by laser, shots, vet visits etc & bringing him to WA then his adoption fee comes close to covering. His adoption fee does not even come close to covering what we have spent on Tom. Tom has been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have had him around small children & he does wonderful but we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. In one foster home his sister Phoebe would encourage him to bother the cats. We were not there when Tom was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Tom’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Tom potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Phoebe & her friends & siblings were bought back to the WA state where she is now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Phoebe was very shy at first & a little uncertain but when she is comfortable she is the sweetest fun angel. Phoebe has been in 2 different foster homes & in her first foster home she was very quite but loved the other dogs & would play with them & lay with them snuggled up. In her 2nd foster home she is a lot more adventurous & has a lot more energy. At the end of the day she is happy for you to pick her up & give her love & stay in your lap or to be running & playing. Adores toys & chewing on toys. She would bot be a pack leader her foster mum said. She is changing constantly her foster mum said with her looks from when she first arrived. Instantly when she went into her foster home it was as if she had always been there & part of the pack. In her foster home she goes on material potty pads & goes potty outside too. For everything she has been through her foster mum said she is such a lovely little soul. Phoebe her foster mum said is so affectionate & jumps at you to pick her up & give her love & kisses & hugs. She adores being carried & given love. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over head that’s not outside. Phoebe is a wonderful eater & is not shy about eating. She ate clean in her first foster home, meaning she eats grains, fruits & vegetables & many healthy proteins along with supplements. She is good with her baths & being dried by the hairdryer & very tolerant. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She will bark at her foster family to pick her up & put her on the bed to sleep with them. She is such a fun puppy who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She loves everyone. She would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. She is a puppy & we have not taken her out anywhere. Phoebe rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when she went to be sold & when we got her & going home with her foster families & to & from the vets. Lady is so stunning to look at & she looks right at you with such love her foster mum said. She will stare at you as if she is staring into your soul. She saiid she is the life of the party but can also be a peacemaker if her foster siblings become a little naughty. She loves every dog & they love her. She said wherever you are lady wants to be & is so very spirited & lovely. Instantly when she went into her foster home it was as if she had always been there & part of the pack. She will talk to her foster mum she said when she wants her attention or wants something from her. She will also be happy to play with her foster siblings & loves to chase the other dogs.
