Story
Nomie turned 1 in Feb of this year; needs an energetic family with plenty of room for play and exploration. She is trained fairly well but we still face puppy issue - barking, chewing (her toys - she de-fluffs a stuffy lol) and wondering if allowed. With my condition, I struggle with the energy to provide enough play and she is spending too much time in crate while I work. She very playful, very friendly - barks at the unknown but loves other dogs. She is very loveable and can be a well trained companion with the right family, she already knows sit, here, leave it, gentle and we are working on stay. She is leash and crate trained. She’s not a big fan of rides but she settles in quick and does fine at vet and groomer. I love her and she deserves the best and I just cannot provide it at this station in my life. She needs her shots caught up; she has had her rabies and puppy shots. She needs a safe yard, kids to wear her out and a mom and dad that will love and cherish her.

Story
Meet Tyler 6853 The journey to the bark park was the first for Tyler. He was not comfortable walking on the concrete floors of the shelter but with the help of caring volunteers, he successfully reached the comfort of the grass in the Humane Society field playground. A few seconds later and Tyler was in total enjoyment with the freedom to run and the experience of sniffs, space, and the elation of self-determination as he shared the adventure with his unflappable smiles of joy. Pure of spirit, clear of mind and full of love….. these are the descriptors for Tyler that are written on his face and in his heart. Tyler’s smiles are genuine and resolute and are guaranteed to awaken the warmth in the core of your being and in your steadfast hope for the future. In his kennel Tyler looks up at you with a mixture of trust and the promise of a dream in a home where he is cherished and loved. When you meet him, you will understand.
