Story
Name: Bailey Age: Puppy DOB: 9/2/23 Gender: Female Breed: Collie/Terrier mix Weight: 40 lbs Dog friendly:  yes Cat friendly: yes Child friendly:  yes House trained:  yes Crate trained:  yes Energy level:  Moderate Temperament:  playful, intelligent, outgoing, social Requirement: Not apartment appropriate  Adoption Fee: $475+tax To adopt, go to:   www.mendingspirits.org/apply-to-adopt.html From the Foster Family: Bailey was a very tender pup upon her arrival from Alabama but warmed up quickly to her new surroundings and foster family. She is a charming girl who loves to play with toys, the resident dog, and the resident 13-year-old in the house.  We suspect she has some herding breed in her mix because she "herds" the resident dog twice her size!  She is extremely intelligent and has learned a few simple commands very quickly!  She wants to please her people.  Also, she enjoys going for walks and is currently working on leash manners.  Though she loves to play, she is equally happy to snuggle up next to you on the couch for pets.  She would do best in a home with another dog and older children (10+). About Me:  Hello everyone!  I am the total package!  Just look at my unique markings!!  I am playful and silly. (Hide your socks and stuffed animals!) I'm always making my foster mom laugh!!!  Also, I love my canine foster brother and love meeting other dogs in the neighborhood.  One of my favorite things to do is to wake up the children in the morning by jumping in their beds and finding them under the covers.  I am quite shy when I meet new people, but with a little calm and patience, I will give you my trust and love! Please reach out to meet me! April 25, 2024, 3:15 pm
