Check out our Facebook page and YouTube channel for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!  Updated: 11/28/2023 Dog Name: Willow Sex: Female Estimated Breed Mix: Smooth Collie/ Mix Approximate Age: 2 years Approximate Weight: 40 lbs. Description: Sweet Willow was abandoned in the woods of a small Texas town, she was skin and bones and had very obviously been owned before. She greeted her finders with a wagging tail and lots of kisses! Willow is very intelligent and listens very well. She is great with other dogs, big & small. She is also great with kids! She is a petite medium size, the kind of dog you can take for adventures or just lounge at home! Willow deserves a warm and loving home! Adoption Fee: $400.00 We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered at one of our preferred clinics. This will be determined by your contract along with the month they should have their surgery. This is included in your adoption fee. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as PENDING, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. March 26, 2024, 8:04 pm

Hello Biggie Paws Friends! 👋Spring is coming and we have the perfect flower for you 🌸 …A Moonflower! Moonflower, (sometimes called Moonie by her foster family) is looking for her forever home - she is staying in McHenry, IL right now. Moonie is about 4 months old, 15 pounds and looks like a Shepherd Mix. There’s a lot of work that goes into the life of a puppy! Learning to walk on a leash, always going potty outside, looking after those humans… Moonflower is doing a great job with all her puppy skills! She still has some accidents, but has been doing great going to the bathroom outside - her foster family is also starting to teach her some tricks and commands, like ‘sit’! Sometimes new situations can be a little scary - I’m sure you’ve been there before! Moonflower feels this way sometimes too and just likes to have a little time to get to know people. Once she is comfortable, you’ll really get to see her affectionate side and she’ll curl right up in your lap. We recommend a forever home for Moonflower that does not have small children - she likes to have time to warm up to people, and sometimes little ones aren’t quite old enough to understand that. Moonflower loves her human friends, but may like her animal friends even more! When she gets a chance, she loves playing with other dogs and cats. 🐾Moonflower can’t wait to find her forever home! If you think she would be a good fit for your family and you would like to be considered to adopt her, please apply using the link below! Moonflower is available for adoption for a fee of $500 plus a $150 spay deposit, which will be refunded once proof of her timely spay is submitted to Biggie Paws. She is microchipped and up-to-date on all her age-appropriate shots.http://www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Story
Sweet Dee is a very relaxed gal who takes everything in stride. She is great with cats, ok with dogs. She likes being around her dog foster brother, but she doesn't ask to play or play with him when asked. She is crate trained and just sleeps when crated. She is learning about toys. This little darling just loves to lean into you for snuggles. She has very gentle manners and walks well on a leash. While she is a heeler mix, she is a pretty chill gal, and at 2 years is past the puppy phase. You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet me today!! Adoption fee: 450 All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. Applications and Adoption Rules can be found on our website, on the "HOW TO ADOPT" tab at JRsPupsNStuff.org. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including: contact with your veterinarian and completion of a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application. We are a group of volunteers with families and jobs, so please be patient and allow a few days for our response. JR's Pups-N-Stuff Dog Sellers License 512395-DS

Story
Bartleby here! I’m guessed to be about 1 1/2 year old & a border collie mix, & I’ve topped out at about 55lbs. Mom says I’m a very good boy. I sleep quietly through the night, & my manners are impeccable. I get along with my doggy foster siblings - all various sizes & personalities. I don’t live with any cats, but I’ve had interactions with them & am very respectful. I’ll do best in a home with kids over 10 or younger ones who know to be patient with me as I’m a very shy boy until I warm up. Another confident, energetic, & similar-sized dog is mandatory for me - I always look to my foster siblings to tell me what to do in a new situation & they help me feel safe. My new family will need to be patient as I come out of my shell, but the reward is worth the wait. I’m the sweetest boy & love being near my people. I’m looking for a very special family who is willing to go at my pace instead of forcing me to go at theirs. I need a calm home where I can feel safe & continue building my confidence on my time.DATCP# 483538

Story
Nicollie or as we like to call her "Collie" is a 8-month-old incredibly smart Border Collie mix. Collie is super sweet, gets along great with kids & her foster siblings including a cat! She sleeps through the night without any accidents in the house. Although she's not too fond of her crate, she eventually settles down. Her favorite thing to do is play with her toys, belly rubs & exploring new things. She walks beautifully on a leash & would make a great companion for a family who's active & can give her the attention she needs for her high energy!DATCP# 483538
