Story
Meet Boone, a lovable boy in need of a caring home. Boone, estimated to be around two years old, was rescued from the streets in a dire condition, but with love and care, he's now thriving - well-fed, neutered, and fully vaccinated. However, despite my affection for him, as a full-time graduate student and worker with limited financial resources, I've realized that I cannot provide Boone with the life he deserves. Thus, I'm seeking a loving home where he can flourish. Boone is affectionate and craves attention. He's particularly eager to please and gets along famously with other dogs and children. While he's made significant progress in his indoor potty training, he may still have occasional accidents if given too much water and has a tendency to explore the trash when not crated. Speaking of which, he's crate trained and manages separation well, although he may display some initial anxiety when parted from his closest companions.

Story
Harlan is about three years old. I am fostering him because his former owner didn't have time to give him the attention he needs. Harlan is a very friendly and loving dog. He has a lot of energy and is strong. I am trying to train him not to pull on the leash, but being a hound dog, he will get excited and pull hard at times. Being a hound also means he barks a lot. For the right person Harlan will be the most wonderful dog. He is funny, smart and loves to snuggle. He does need a lot of exercise and needs to learn basic commands.

PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER: text: (760) 815-8663 or email: jessicacharlenemoore@gmail.com Burlap (AKA Lil B) is a Bluetick Coonhound that my partner and I added to our family last May. He is almost 1 now! He's grown up to be such a beautiful, gentle, earnest, and amazing boy. He loves peanut butter, long hikes, his daycare friends (his best friend is a golden retriever named Oona) and tearing stuffed animals apart. He is our best friend in so many ways. Unfortunately, he does not do well living with other dogs or kids in his home. Burlap will do very well in a loving, happy home without other dogs or kids and preferably with someone who has raised hounds before and lives outside of the city (our boy likes to howl)! He needs an owner who is willing to do more behavioral training with him and who has the time and energy to give him lots of exercise. Burlap is whip-smart, knows basic obedience commands, is goofy and sweet and honestly the best dog we've had in so many ways. If you or someone you know is looking for a young hound, please contact me.

Story
Bruno was rescued from Cumberland County Animal Control in 2020. He is a 5 year old Red Bone Coonhound. Bruno is a sweet goofy boy who loves to play and run. He is in need of a patient home with lots of space. He is a licker! He has never had any biting problems and gets along with everyone. He loves being outside and taking naps in the sun so a big yard is needed. He gets along well with other dogs small and large. He LOVES eating and snacking on carrots. He is a great family dog. Bruno is not at fault for needing an adoption. He is potty trained and knows how to sit and go to bed. He knows his name very well so changing it may cause some confusion or difficulty. We ask that there remains open communication within the first couple of weeks of Brunos adoption to ensure he is the perfect fit for your family. If for any reasons the home is not suitable we are available any time to take Bruno back. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to meet Bruno!
