Story
Hi everyone, my name is Benny Boy. I am a delightful and heavenly little man who is looking for someone to give me my place in the world. Here is a little info about me:Breed: Corgi mixAge: 2 yrsGender: maleWeight: 40 poundsHeight: 20 inches highHighlight(s): playful, clever, super sweet and loving I was found as a stray when I was  only a month old. My rescuer in Israel heard a puppy crying and discovered me hiding under a tree. I was so alone and scared and very hungry.  It is not known what happened to my mother and siblings but it is likely I was the only survivor. I was taken to a shelter where I stayed for the next year and a half until I was able to come to Canada. I am currently living in a foster home with six other dogs and I get along great with all of them. I would love to share my new home with another dog or two but am also happy to be the only dog. I love going for walks and playing with my people. But I am also very good at chilling out at home. If you decide to meet me (and you would be very smart to do so) I will impress you with how cute and sweet I am. I can be a bit slow to warm up to some people but it's always easy when I am approached by someone with a calm, gentle manner.  One of my favourite things is to eat. This makes me easy to train as I will do anything for a liver treat. In fact my current foster has taught me not to bark when I am startled or hear unusual noises. I have never shown any protection around food or toys. At home, I am the sweetest, snuggliest boy. I love to curl up next to my humans, to nap and get lots of pets and belly rubs. I like to chew but don't worry, I know which toys are mine and only chew them. I'm also a good guard dog and will alert you when someone is outside. It is no problem for me to stay home alone for a few hours as I am quiet and have no separation anxiety.  A home with a fenced yard will be best for me as I have a bit of bladder control problem which is being treated with medication.   Energy Level: moderate  I get along with:Dogs: yes!Cats: unknownKids: unknown Training: a bit of leash trainingLeash skills: someHouse trained: Not yet. Please be prepared to help me learn! I am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is by donation.  Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. ##1675200##

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet DoYou 두유🩵 (DoYou means soy milk in Korean) Right after he was born, along with his 4 siblings and his mommy, they came to Korean City Shelter. Currently, Doyou is the last one who is waiting to be adopted. He loves his pup friends and plays very gently!! His social skill is on top of top.👍🏻 When introduced to dogs he meets for the first time, he wags and sniffs gently. Doyou is curious and energetic! He's calm but also he is actually a active, adorable, and mischievous pup. At the same time, DoYou can play by himself so he can be only dog or can live with other dog siblings. When his foster family is in the living room, Doyou doesn’t stay by himself in his room but will come to sit on his foster family’s lap. 💙 Health issues : Allergic to egg white and peanuts, has atopic dermatitis *Separation anxiety: None. DoYou can sleep by himself separately. *House training: He prefers to do his business outdoors. Altho, pretty good at using a pee pad for the small business. 💟 Personality / Characteristics *Doyou sometimes bark when hearing an unknown sound, but there is no unnecessary barking. If his foster tells him to stop, he will stop barking right away. *Hardly barks. *Doyou can walk, bathe, let his foster to clean his ears very gently. However, there is some nipping when his toenails get trimmed…🥺 *No carsickness. *Mastered sit, wait, give a paw, spin, nose, hi five, and slow!(If you say slow! he will eat slowly) Possible to do “Bark low!” and “Bark loud!” *Doyou’s favorites: Ripping papers play, ball play, tug play, treats, people, walking outside, nose walk toy, doggy friends, meat treats, cooked dried pollock treats. 💙 Foster Instagram: @doyousoymilk_foster

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Happy💜 Happy lived neglected within a fenced area of junkyard. The person who reported Happy to us was feeding Happy for a year and when the junkyard went bankrupt, the owner left and abandoned Happy. Please be Happy’s miracle and become his forever family. 🙏🏻 💟 Personality / Characteristics *Keyword: #Shortlegged #Lovebug #Lovestoeat *Energy level (1~10): Levels 6-7 *Happy can be shy at first time but once he opens up, he is a lovebug who keeps asking to be petted.😊 *Happy is not particularly interested in other doggy friends at Adogs Center! He is only interested in taking his own snacks and doesn’t care about other friends. He is an easygoing pup who can get along with other dogs! *Happy has some food obsession so he tends to eat fast. If he eats too quickly, he will cough and make a choking sound, so it’s important to help him eat slowly. *Likes to make markings from place to place and scratches the ground after he makes a marking!🤣 *When other dogs bark, Happy doesn’t bark at all. There is no unnecessary barking, but when he wants to be taken out of the kennel, he barks to make sure he is taken out.

Lulu is a lovely pup who has beautiful black hair and a million-dollar worth smile!❤‍ We are desperately looking for a furever family where Lulu can meet her loving family just like her babies.🙏🏻 ✨Heartworm treatment completed (Retest scheduled Feb 2024) 💟 Personality / Characteristics *Keywords: #Mildtempered #Kind #Sweetgirl *Energy Level (1~10): Lv. 4 *Lulu can be shy towards people she meets for the first time, and it will take some time to warm up, but once she warms up, she is a dog with an awesome personality who takes treats in a person’s hand. *No problem getting along well with other doggy friends at Adogs Center! *We tried to walk her, but she is still scared of the leash. With consistent walking practice, she will improve as time passes.🥰

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Conan💜 Due to his young age, Conan was in danger of not being able to survive the harsh winter in the shelter. Therefore, Adogs team had to rescue him immediately. When he was saved, he was clinging to the bars in his cage, trying to get someone to notice by his cuteness and adorableness! We are looking for a foster or forever home where Conan can live in warm and caring family.🙏 *Separation anxiety: When his foster family leaves, he plays and sleeps alone! And he goes sleep by himself at night. *Potty training: Can use 100% on a potty pad when pads are replaced frequently! * Keywords: #Energetic #Puppykid #Shortlegged * Energy Level (1~10): Lv. 8 *Conan is such an adorable puppy who loves people to the extent that he constantly shows his belly and wags his tail to get attentions of people.🥰 *Conan gets along with other pup friends at his foster home. *He doesn't nip or resist when someone holds or touches him! Loves to be hugged or his body to be touched next to his foster when he goes to sleep. *He sometimes sleep-talks when he is asleep. When he has something to say, he is a chatty dog who makes 'woof' sounds to express himself. 🐶 *He is able to tolerate bathing and toenail clipping. Because he is a little afraid of dryer noise, his foster attempts to comfort him when using a dryer. * No car sickness. * Barely shed! * He becomes frightened by the loud car noises or the sound of a cart during walks. He walks better in quiet places where he can match steps with foster family. *Mastered “Sit” and “Wait”! Still learning "paw” by waving his paw in the air, which looks really adorable! *Favorites: Everyone on the planet, kibbles, being hugged. 💙 Foster's Instagram: @be__my_family

Story
Meet Volt⚡️ Volt has stayed in Korean City Shelter from Sept 2023. Everytime we visit the shelter, he wagged his tail strongly. He always wants people's love. But he's been waiting for his family at the shelter for about half a year. He was on the euthanasia list. Fortunately, his euthanasia this time has been postponed, but we don't know when he'll be on the list again. We ADOGS wants to rescue him right away, but we can't because of the many other dogs already at ADOGS Center. But once his family is decided, we'll rescue him from the city shelter right away, take him to the vet, and start getting ready to fly out to you. He's only 8kg small and has lovely short legs. He may have a lot to learn but he deserves to be loved!! Please be his furever family🙏 ** Will be rescued from the city shelter and get health checkup with neutering right after the adoption is decided **
