This wonderful girl just came to us via Dog Is My Copilot from an animal rescue shelter in Abilene TX looking for a great home here in our area. Cassie is a dachshund and may have a bit of something else in her too. She is very cute. She is around 5 years old and is around 18 pounds. She is housed with a couple other dogs, both girls and boys, here at our shelter and is doing well. She is slow to warm up to strangers here as she has been pretty upset with her life turned upside down. She was in a successful foster home before coming up. They tell us she is great with all of them and all the dogs and loves to be on a lap after she gets comfortable where she is. She loves jerky treats and chewbones. She is heartworm negative. She is spayed and microchipped and fully vaccinated and ready to go. Her adoption fee is $250 and that includes all of her medical work being now completed.
