3/5/24.   DD is improving every day. She is a sweet, low maintenance, quiet girl who will be a perfect playmate for another pup. She loves to play with other dogs and is learning to play with dog toys and becoming more affectionate with humans. Fence required for our previously stray pups.  1/12/24. She is a sweet, quiet and gentle girl who was found wandering alone in Miami fending for herself.  She  is learning to trust humans again with help of her foster brother Ollie.  She walks nicely on a leash.  She likes other dogs, big and small and is quite playful with them. Unknown about cats . A patient loving adopter who understands her and gives her time to trust will be ideal adopter for this beauty.   12/9/23  DD. This beautiful shy young dober girl was wandering the Redlands alone for months before being rescued by DRL. Who knows what suffering she may have endured. She is very sweet and timid, but with love and patience will flourish. She will do wonderfully with a dog. 3/26/24 Stormy and Bella are a dynamic duo of affectionate and playful sisters who have been waiting for their forever home since August. These 4-year-old bonded girls are the epitome of love and companionship. Their owner had to move out of the country, leaving them in need of a new family. Despite the setback, Stormy and Bella haven't lost hope and continue to spread joy wherever they go. These sisters are great with children and get along with male dogs closer to their size. They're a breeze to care for, as they entertain each other and give double the affection: Stormy and Bella love playing in the backyard, playing in the pool, and lounging around with their favorite stuffed toys. Please share so we can find these girls their forever home. 3/26/24. A note from Bella and Stormy's previous owner: I wanted to introduce you to Bella and Stormy. We would never have given up the beautiful Girls if we weren't moving out of the country. I wanted to take a minute and let People know how special they are. We have had the girls since they were 8 weeks old.  They been inseparable since we first got them. Stormy wants to always be with you and follow you to make sure you are ok. Bella is a bit more independent; she likes to explore, but rather do that with her sister in tow. Both girls will sleep with you if you let them, they are total cuddle machines. Bella would park herself in a kennel that was set up near my desk while Stormy would sometimes sit under my desk. They are gentle souls who only want to love someone and be loved . They like to sit around the pool but never go in (not sure why). They are great with kids! Our neighbor's 4 year old would come and play with them all the time. The girls were great with other dogs they knew, even playing with neighbors' dogs when they escaped their yard and came to visit us. Bella and Stormy deserve a great home with people they can love. 3/1/24. Hi we’re STORMY and BELLA and we are a 4 year old bonded pair waiting for our furever home. Another month has gone by and we are not giving up hope that our family is out there. Our owner was heartbroken to give us up but he had to move out of country. We are the most loving, playful girls but are also happy to just chill and relax with our humans. We love our stuffies, will carry around your shoes and love to play around in the backyard. At the rescue we love rolling around on the fake grass or going in the pool. We are actually easier than 1 dog because we have each other but when our human is home we give double the love and attention. We like other male dogs closer to our size. Great with children but no cats for us. We are really hoping the this month brings the luck of the Irish for us German lassies and lands us in our furever home. PLEASE SHARE US and make our wish come true. 8/25/23  Looking for the perfect home together for these two girls as they are bonded. Stormy in the blue collar and Bella in the pink, 3 year old sisters with all shots and healthy and spayed. Both are very affectionate and attached to each other. Bella can be independent and self reliant Stormy is your shadow and always has you in sight. 2/16/24.  MAKO is wondering why no one has come for her yet. This gorgeous 1 year old is as sweet as can be. She finds herself at the rescue because she wasn’t doing well in apartment setting and would benefit from a large yard to run and play in. She has been with our amazing trainer and is impeccably trained, likes other dogs and is a total lovebug not to mention adorable No cats or young children for MAKO. Get your apps in for this gem. She is ready to go home! 01/04/24 This is Mako she’s a sweet girl can sometimes be a little timid around people. She has sensitive skin. Very well behaved and her obedience is immaculate. She will tear up dog beds so it’s best to give her an elevated dog cot or thick padded quilt. I would like her to be in a home with Older children 12 and up. Other dogs would be acceptable too if meet and greet goes over well. Very food motivated. 3/22/24  Nike is still here. He is an incredibly smart, driven, 5 year old male. He is food motivated and is a fast learner. He is looking for a home that can help him reach his full potential as he is very smart and eager to please. He is obsessed with balls and will carry them around. He seems fine around other dogs, non reactive, unknown about cats.   2/15/24. Meet NIKE. This 5 year old good looking dober boy came to us from the shelter so we don’t know a lot about his back story.  We are still getting to know him, but he is very sweet and docile and non reactive to other dogs.  He loves his treats and will catch them mid air, he also loves balls and will carry around tirelessly. Jax is a mix and is about 4 years old. The DNA test revealed multiple breeds. The best way to describe him is he looks like a miniature black lab. He knows commands like sit, down and heel. He walks well on a leash, is house trained and gets along with other dogs. We have to give him up because my spouse is allergic despite trying different shampoos, vitamins and food supplements. Would recommend an experienced adopter as Jax was adopted from the Humane Society and was found on the streets in Puerto Rico. He has become well adjusted and is a great dog for any age!
