Mallory is a pretty red girl, about 3 years old, who was found as a stray.  She's very quiet and still has some of the fear issues when you first meet her, but once she gets to know you she warms up to show that she is a total love bug! She is okay with either a young puppy where she shows her playful side or an old senior that they will just coexist.   Her favorite is  as an only dog, happy to soak up all of your love and affection.  Mallory fixates on cats and won't be a good fit to live with them.  Her foster mom says Mallory has the perfect personality.  She'll do best in an adult-only home. Her trainer says she's a very smart girl who loves to please her humans.  She'll do great with continued training and consistent structure in her day to day life. Shasta is an energetic 2 year old girl that somehow wound up in a shelter.  It didn't take her long to make herself right at home with her foster mom!  Her sweet personality charms everyone she meets.  She loves people and people love her! Alert, energetic and inquisitive, Shasta has all the energy of a typical Doberman youngster.  She goes all out when she plays with the Dobermans in her foster home.  She's on the small side but has a big personality!  No need to rely on your Ring doorbell, Shasta will let you know when anything is going on outside.  S he has not been cat or small dog tested.  Shasta settles  nicely when it's time to chill, chewing on bones or snuggling up with her Doberman siblings for a nice nap. Sweet Maddie came to us extremely underweight and seems to have had a bit of a rough start to life. Despite this, she's seeks out and loves attention from her foster mom! Due to her past, Maddie inhales food, and her foster mom is working on her eating habits! She is also a bit of a food thief, so food needs to kept out of her reach! Maddie currently lives with two large dogs and cats. She does fine with the cats, seems to ignore them, but has shown some protective instincts toward her foster mom with the other dogs. For this reason, we feel she'd do best in a home as the only dog. She's has not been aggressive, but has growled a bit at the other dogs. Maddie listens very well and loves car rides! She does not get on furniture, seems to have been trained not to, but loves to curl up at her foster mom's feet for cuddles and pets. Fill out an application at www.maggiesmissionrescue.org
