Hi, my name is Fury! But I'm more like a happy, gentle breeze that wants to have fun! You might recognize my name from the famous character Director Nick Fury of the Marvel movies, I'm kinda like him: I love being the center of attention and don't like it when people take my stuff! I am a big dog! With my mixed Doberman Pinscher/Black Labrador genes I am a whopping 52#/lbs and have a ton of energy and muscle that needs to be worked! Because of this it would be best if I was paired with an active family who knows how to keep a dog mentally stimulated and respects my boundaries well. No apartment living for me please! No cats or small children either! My caretakers have learned some important things about me: I am a chow-hound and will try to eat anything I can get my hands on! So please leave food out of reach from me or I'll swoop it all up. Secondly, I would prefer if people didn't grab things that I have in my mouth, it's mine not yours hehe! Overall, I am a big-hearted dog who wants to go play, be adventurous, have fun with other people and dogs! I am however not such a big fan of car rides, they make my tummy feel sick eww! I love all people and dogs, am a healthy, happy boy and just want to find my home. Let's work together and find it!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story

Natasha is a very friendly 8 yr old Black/Tan female Dobe. She has a docked tail and natural ears.  Probably needs to be  the only dog. Anyone looking for a really nice & sweet companion, Natasha would be perfect.  She is  now on medications for elevated liver enzymes but, as long as she is on her meds she is fine.  She  has been with us for 18 months and has never showed any signs of any kind of illness.  She is spayed, H/W and parasite free and current on all her vaccinations. Did I mention she walks great on a leash as we walk her 1 mile 3 times a week. Due to the continuous need for medication, there is no adoption fee. Elvis gets along w/children/adults and has lived with other dogs and one cat. He will walk on a leash but, can easily be distracted; probably needs a 6 week basic training class but  we recommend this to all new parents.
